FLOORING RESTORATION OR REPLACEMENT

No matter the type and severity of your water loss, A Plus Construction and Restoration can help. We evaluate the damage to the floor and determine if restoration or replacement is the best course of action. If the sub-floor is warped and ruined, we proceed accordingly by replacing the sub-floor and having the owner pick out new floor covering. Sometimes a hardwood floor will be buckled but will unbuckle as the drying progresses. However, every situation is different and we treat each customer's property as if it were our own. We work with the property owner and insurance adjuster to get through the job in a timely manner.

SPOT AND STAIN REMOVAL

Sometimes a water loss will create stains on your carpet. We do not just "spot" clean an affected area but expand our cleaning to the affected room.

CONTENT CLEANING

Sometimes a water loss on a higher floor can cause ceilings to collapse...right on all your furniture. Have you ever seen a sofa covered in wet drywall and insulation? Not a pretty site.
